Hutto Fire Rescue Strategic Plan

During the period of January 2020 through May 2020, a consulting team from the Center for Public Safety Excellence (CPSE), along with members of Hutto Fire Rescue/Williamson County Emergency Services District #3 (Hutto Fire Rescue) conducted a strategic planning documentation review and site analysis intended to enhance the organization’s ability to increase effectiveness, increase efficiency, improve decision making, improve organizational capabilities, improve communications and public relations, improve political support, and improve Hutto Fire Rescue’s ability to understand and learn.
